Student Recruitment Assistant – London


Delfin English School is looking for a talented and competitive Student Recruitment Assistant who will drive sales of our courses and support our operations team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with working within a dynamic and fast-paced sales cycle environment, making cold calls, working with Delfin's wide range of partners, qualifying prospects and converting enquiries to sales. Most importantly, we are looking for a committed team player who will fit in with Delfin’s organisational culture in this client facing role.

Key Responsibilities

·         Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

·         Understand customer needs and requirements as offering optimal customer service is a requirement for this role

·         Convert enquiries to sales and achieve monthly booking and revenue targets

·         Participate in the rota for reception, emergency phone and bank holiday cover

·         Participate and assist in student social activity calendar 

·         Assist academic team when necessary including student feedback sessions, level tests and making certificates

·         Assist with student induction – preparation and delivery.

Key Requirements

·         Eligibility to work in the UK

·         Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously

·         Proficiency in English

·         Fluency in a foreign language such as Portuguese, Turkish, Russian or Korean would be an advantage

·         Strong phone presence and experience 

·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills

·         Strong listening and presentation skills

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

·         Experience in International Education or English Language sector would be desirable

Hours of Work


       40 hours per week

        From 9am to 6pm – From Monday to Friday

Salary: Commensurate with experience
