Job Description

Delfin English School is looking for two talented and competitive Student Enrolment employees who will drive sales of our courses at our school through direct and partner channels. The successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with working within a dynamic and fast-paced sales cycle environment, making cold calls, working with Delfin's wide range of channel partners, qualifying prospects and converting enquiries to sales. Most importantly, we are looking for committed team players who will fit in with Delfin’s organisational culture in this client facing role.


  • Source new salesopportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails 
  • Understand customerneeds and requirements 
  • Manage partner andin-country representative relationships 
  • Proactively targetstudents through in country marketing channels
  • Convert enquiries tosales and achieve monthly booking and revenue targets 
  • Research accounts,identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expandschool client and partner database of prospects within assigned territory 
  • Team with channelpartners to build pipeline and close sales  
  • Participate in the rotafor reception, emergency phone and bank holiday cover 
  • Participate and assistin student social activity calendar  
  • Participate and assistin student feedback sessions

  • Strongphone presence and experience 
  • Excellentverbal and written communications skills
  • Stronglistening and presentation skills
  • Abilityto multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Minimumof 1 years’ experience in a sales role


  • Another language, particularly Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, French or German
  • Experience in International Education 
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
