Job Description

Delfin English School is looking for a talented and competitive Student Recruitment Executive who will drive sales of our courses at our school through direct and partner channels. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with working within a dynamic and fast-paced sales cycle environment, making cold calls, working with Delfin's wide range of channel partners, qualifying prospects and converting enquiries to sales. Most importantly, we are looking for a committed team player who will fit in with Delfin’s organisational culture in this client facing role.

Requirements

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails 
  • Understand customer needs and requirements 
  • Manage partner and in-country representative relationships 
  • Proactively target students through in country marketing channels
  • Convert enquiries to sales and achieve monthly booking and revenue targets 
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand school client and partner database of prospects within assigned territory 
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close sales  
  • Participate in the rota for reception, emergency phone and bank holiday cover 
  • Participate and assist in student social activity calendar  
  • Participate and assist in student feedback sessions 

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
  • Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously 
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese 
  • Strong phone presence and experience  
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Strong listening and presentation skills 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role 

Desirable

  • Another language, particularly Italian, French or Spanish
  • Experience in International Education 
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
