London - Operations Executive - Full Time

Delfin English School London is looking for a talented, driven and dedicated Operations Executive who will support the Operations Manager in the day to day running of the school .The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Most importantly, we are looking for a committed team player who will fit in with Delfin's organisational culture in this versatile role.

Responsibilities  
  • Reception cover, answering phone/ email enquiries in a helpful and constructive manner, ensuring appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner.
  • Deliver a high quality of customer service always 
  • Process bookings for new and returning students 
  • Managing visa process for incoming students 
  • Point of contact for Walk in customers to the school. 
  • Support team to achieve Delfin London revenue and profitability targets  
  • Participate in the rota for emergency phone and bank holiday cover  
  • Participate and assist in student social activity calendar 
  • Participate and assist in student feedback sessions  
  • Assist and cover tasks of the Operations Manager when absent

Requirements 

  • Eligibility to work in the UK 
  • Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously 
  • Proficiency in English  
  • Strong phone presence and experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills  
  • Strong listening and presentation skills  
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Desirable 

  • A second language, particularly Italian, Portuguese, Spanish 
  • Experience in International Education  
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
