Sales Manager (Partnerships & Groups)

Delfin English School is looking for a talented and competitive Sales Manager (Partnerships and Groups) who will drive sales of our courses at our schools through our partner channels. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in developing and maintaining partnerships and achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working within a dynamic and fast-paced sales cycle environment, making cold calls, working with Delfin's wide range of channel partners, qualifying prospects and converting enquiries to sales. Most importantly, we are looking for a committed team player who will fit in with Delfin’s organisational culture in this client facing role.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Account Manage all Partner business for Delfin English Schools, Dublin and London  
  • Achieve revenue growth and hit sales targets  
  • Present sales, revenue, expenditure reports and forecasts to the management team  
  • Identify emerging markets and shifts and awareness of new products and competition status  
  • Plan and attend comprehensive conference/in country visit schedule with management team in line with marketing expenditure budget 
  • Account Manage all Group Partner Business for Delfin English Schools 
  • Manage mini stay group’s sales pipeline for both schools 
  • Participate in the rota for reception, emergency phone and bank holiday cover


  • Eligibility to work in Ireland 
  • Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously 
  •  Proficiency in English Strong phone presence and experience 
  •  Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Strong listening and presentation skills 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role


  • Another language, particularly Italian, French or Spanish 
  • Experience in International 
  • Education Undergraduate degree or equivalent
